How do I subscribe?
Select “Subscribe & Save” when adding your product to cart. You’ll automatically save 10% on every order.

Can I customise my subscription?
Yes, it’s completely flexible. Log in anytime to:
– Change your delivery frequency
– Pause or skip a delivery
– Swap or add products
– Update your shipping or payment details.

Click the person icon at the top right of our site.
Use the same email you used at checkout to register (if you haven’t already).
You can also access your subscription via the link in your confirmation or reminder emails.

How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime through your account — or email us at info@bbold.co.nz and we’ll take care of it for you.
