How do I subscribe?

Can I customize my subscription?

Yes, you can adjust your subscription anytime through your online account or by emailing us at info@bbold.co.nz.

From here you can:

Change the delivery frequency
Pause the next delivery
Change and Add products
Update shipping address
Edit payment methods

How do I log in to my account?

To log in to your account, click the person icon located in the top right-hand corner of the website.

If you have not registered an account, you will need to create one using the same email address used at checkout.

Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your subscription information by clicking the store account login.

You can also access your account using the customer portal magic link. This magic link is typically sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you begin a subscription, as well as in the Upcoming Order email.

How do I cancel my subscription?
